Refund Policy

Film Submission Fees:
All submission fees for the Guwahati Asian Film Festival are non-refundable. Refunds will not be provided under standard circumstances.

Cancellations:
In the event that the festival is canceled or postponed, GAFF will notify all submitters and provide details regarding potential refunds or rescheduling options.

Exceptions:
Refunds may be granted in exceptional cases, such as technical issues during online screenings. All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original transaction date.
